great location comfortable bed expensive room malfunctioning elevator
The location was great. It was very close to the subway station. Fatima at the front desk was very kind. The beds were comfortable. The linen and towels smelled FRESH!!!
The price of the room was not worth it. The staff were ok but not very attentive. The elevators badly need replacing or servicing. One sounded like it was going to malfunction.

amazing time!
great location holiday ribbons top service
this location is very nice! it's super close to taxis and delicious food places, a total win for exploring! plus, i had a small shopping spree in the floral district and grabbed some holiday ribbons, so fun! the hotel service was top notch, because they mailed back my airpods i left behind.
honestly, the entry and reception area were kinda dark and scary. i think it needs some serious sprucing up because the scaffolding makes it feel hidden from the street.

the elevators worked smoothly . both elevators were working perfectly and ensured quick transport between floors. the hotel's convenient location near penn station offers a great benefit for travelers arriving by train.

The front desk staff stored my bag at check-in. they texted me immediately when the room was ready, so i didn't have to wait around. the staff's accommodation provided for a very smooth and efficient experience. I totally appreciate it.

many food options were within walking distance. i found various restaurants and cafes, which catered to different tastes. grabbing a quick bite or a full meal was always super easy because of the plentiful nearby establishments.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay
subway lines comfortable rooms cute staff
The hotel's location proved convenient with proximity to subway lines facilitating easy exploration. The rooms accommodated multiple suitcases comfortably and never felt cramped. All staff members displayed cute attitudes and were helpful throughout my stay. They are a true asset.
The water machine on the third floor did not work. I went to the fifth floor instead. The table lamp in the room had a fixed angle, causing bright, uncomfortable light.

the breakfast offered a good selection of breads pastries and cereals. its location provided easy access to various sites via the subway system it was also within walking distance of madison square garden
the parapet heating was noisy and old i found this slightly distracting
